Safety Tips
For Teens
- Always tell a parent or guardian about every task you accept
- Meet in public places when possible, or ensure a parent knows the exact location
- Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, leave and report it
- Never share personal information like your home address or school
- Use in-app messaging only - don't share your phone number
- Take a photo of yourself at the task location and send it to a parent
For Parents
- Review and approve all tasks before your teen accepts them
- Set up the parent dashboard to monitor your teen's activity
- Discuss each task with your teen - know where they'll be and for how long
- Establish check-in times during longer tasks
- Review the client's profile and ratings before approving
- Know the emergency contacts and reporting procedures
For Clients
- Provide clear, detailed task descriptions
- Be present or available during tasks involving minors
- Respect the teen's boundaries and working hours
- Communicate through the app for documentation
- Pay promptly through the platform - never in cash
- Leave honest reviews to help the community
